central location friendly staff attractive building
the staff provided towels quickly when requested. the central location made it easy to walk to pubs and shops. the building had an attractive design both outside and inside.
the parking was difficult without prior arrangement, it was impossible to stop outside to unload luggage.

The room was very clean upon arrival. The staff corrected a reservation issue quickly. The beds provided great comfort. The breakfast included a yummy haggis.
The fitness room features dated equipment. The cross trainer and treadmills are not user friendly.

great room , convenient location

clean room amazing bathtub nice staff
i had an executive suite and it was amazing. it was very clean and the bath tub was a great size. the double shower was also a great feature. we ate in the restaurant and the food was great, also the staff were really nice.

Excellent City Stay

city center room size breakfast selection
the location was great, placing me near the city center and key attractions. the room was spacious and very clean, which i always appreciate. the breakfast selection was plentiful, even offering local haggis. i also enjoyed the convenience of having a hotel pub with a wide variety of beers.
The shower area floor tiles showed some dirt. I thought they needed a bit more attention.
