Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
Jesmond Dene House is often described as a lovely hotel in a great location, near both the city center and the Freeman Hospital, with many considering it good value for money. The spacious rooms are well-thought-out, some offering very nice private views onto the gardens. Guests frequently enjoy the delicious food, especially breakfast, and appreciate the overall atmosphere of rust and ontspanning, although a few guests have noted that the extractor fan in the bathroom could be improved. The hotel's design is similar to Cragside, and its proximity to Jesmond Dene makes it feel like a country house while remaining close to Newcastle.
