the room was very super clean and cozy. food was delicious.. breakfast was spot on. the staff were very polite, friendly, and very attentive from arrival to departure. nothing was too much trouble.
i found that there could be a greater variety of options on the evening menu.

The reception team was very helpful. Check-in staff were friendly. They even asked how I was doing. They listened to the story of my trip. The bar staff were also great. They seemed to care about my needs. The hotel had good attention to detail. This. Jesmond is close to the hotel. I found restaurants and bars. I also appreciated shops nearby.

I enjoyed lunch on the terrace, it was GREAT!!! The hotel provided a glass of fizz. The selection of sandwiches and cakes was delicious. I tried dainty sandwiches, sausage rolls, and scones.
