Excellent Hotel and Amenities

The staff was friendly and helpful. Philippe gave me a detailed history of the hotel, very interesting. I really enjoyed the heated pool at 30 degrees. Swimming in the rain was particularly atmospheric!!! The SPA is a highlight, offering a relaxing experience.
I found the tv channels incomplete, with limited terrestrial options. There were no streaming services available. Menus on the tv were incorrect, and the room service menu was only available upon request, odd.

The room was superbly very comfy and tidy. It included modern amenities and a well-kept ambiance. I found everything well-organized.

The spa featured a heated outdoor pool and provided fresh fruit plus herbal teas. The well kept grounds were lovely for exploration. There is also a golf course, kept in excellent condition.

The hotel stands in a beautiful environment, surrounded by nature. The grounds are well worth exploring, and you can see wildlife. Morning walks provide amazing views.

The staff were efficient and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist. The service in the Whisky and Gin room was knowledgeable and attentive. I felt genuinely welcomed.
