helpful staff clean room good breakfast clear guidance uncomfortable layout self lock
the staff at reception were communicative and helpful. the room was clean. the breakfast was very good and there were loads of choices (especially the full english option).
the parking had no clear guidance. i found the room layout uncomfortable with the bed next to the entrance. the lock on the door did not self lock, and i was not notified of this.

i found the staff very friendly! breakfast was decent. the location was also convenient for getting around, which i appreciated.
the mattress reminded me of sleeping on springs. there was light shining into the room at night. the shower temperature was difficult to adjust!

i stayed in a twin room. it was a good size and very clean. the bathroom was beautiful. the staff cooked a fresh breakfast and offered plenty of choice.
the room was not one of the well decorated rooms. the bedroom was painted a shabby grey. there was no shelf under the mirror or toilet roll holder.
