Suites offer access to the garden. The Chapel suite features a design, while the Garden suite features furnishings. Both suites provide plasma TVs, DVD players, Nespresso-style coffee machines, Jacuzzi baths, and Aquavision TVs. Four-poster suites in the fishing wing and stable areas have a hand-carved four-poster bed and a seating and dining area. Bathrooms include underfloor heating, a separate walk-in shower with rain bars, and either a roll-top bath or a spa bath.

Lainston House provides multiple dining experiences. The Avenue restaurant offers a tasting menu and takes its name from the avenue of lime trees. The Wellhouse specializes in woodfired dishes. Dishes include fire-roasted rare breed pork burnt ends with smoked apple chutney and cedar-plank seared chalkstream trout with fennel and pak choi. The renovated 17th-century well house houses the SEASON cookery school and offers interactive classes.
