adequate stay with some issues
loud noise clear identification
breakfast had a good range of items and clear labelling of allergens.
the noise from next door was loud, it was like they were in our room. reception dealt with it promptly, but then rang me back, which woke up my children. it also clearly identified me as the person who had complained, as they could also hear everything from our room.

hot drinks ample towels
i found complimentary biscuits and hot drinks in my beautiful king room. plenty of towels were in the bathroom, i noticed.
it took a long time to get checked in since only one staff member was at reception.

inviting atmosphere spacious room blackout curtains
The reception area had an inviting atmosphere. The room was spacious and very clean. I liked the blackout curtains. I got a good sleep because of those.
The toilet was positioned very close to the wall. It was uncomfortable sitting at an angle.
