the noise from next door was loud, it was like they were in our room. reception dealt with it promptly, but then rang me back, which woke up my children. it also clearly identified me as the person who had complained, as they could also hear everything from our room.

it took a long time to get checked in since only one staff member was at reception.

The reception area had an inviting atmosphere. The room was spacious and very clean. I liked the blackout curtains. I got a good sleep because of those.
