the room had air conditioning that cooled the space quickly , reaching 19 degrees. i found shampoo , soap , and body wash provided and they smelled nice. dressing gowns and slippers were a bonus.

the lights in my room didn't work initially because i wasn't given two key cards , which was inconvenient.

the staff changed my quilt and sheets immediately after i spilled water on the bed. they were helpful and attentive during the incident. the hotel accepts dogs allowing guests to bring them to breakfast in a special area.

I found a bottle of Prosecco on ice in the room, along with two glasses. The room had a beautiful view overlooking the pier and the big wheel. I enjoyed coffee and cake in the lounge area. The hotel sources products locally for the breakfast buffet and it was superb.

The bathroom offered both a bath and a shower. The provided toiletries were of AMAZING quality!!! Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The bed was comfy and the room was clean.

The dinner menu was limited. Some dishes were unavailable when I tried to order.

The location was special. i could easily reach all the local attractions. Everything was very accessible. the room i had was well-equipped. it included a tv with multiple channels.

the parking situation was not ideal. i paid for parking but there were no available spaces upon arrival. the phone in my room didn't work. i had to go to the bar to order room service.
