I really appreciated the modern vibe the hotel had. The location proved perfect for discovering the city because it was central to many amenities. Hotel cocktails were also very good (the bartenders are really on point!).

The room lacked any clothes storage so I ended up living out of my suitcase.

The staff were excellent, friendly and were pretty good my expectations. The hotel seemed clean and well kept, which gave a sense of comfort. I felt welcomed and well looked after .

the bed provided really good comfort alongside comfortable pillows. modern furnishings included a handy luggage rack. the bathroom featured a bright mirror.

water was unavailable at breakfast around 10:15 a.m. i am sure the staff would have provided some if asked. transphobic comments by other guests made my friend uncomfortable and the bar staff did not intervene.

the staff was friendly and helpful. i noticed they gave complementary drinks upon arrival. the team accommodated gluten-free diets, a significant plus for my companion. they served food that tasted delicious.

the hotel has a great location close to pavilions, it also has bright modern decor and nice rooms. they have a free coffee machine with takeaway cups and easy parking is available nearby.

i found the bed uncomfortable and woke up multiple times during the night with numb limbs. the pillows are very thick and make it difficult to get comfortable, a problem.

The hotel is near the barbican and other areas of interest. there are shops nearby. Though the parking was expensive! the center is within easy walking distance, and there is parking on site.

Rooms are modern and clean. They are also quiet and comfortable. the ensuite bathroom was lovely! the hotel rooms have everything you need and i found the lighting to be great.

The staff was friendly. the location was perfect. It was very local to many attractions. the hotel was clean. i walked to town and the barbican ferry.

the room lacked a proper desk. the eggs tasted like they were made from powder. the orange juice was clearly the cheapest available.
