i appreciated the hotel's scale. it felt homely and unpretentious. the division of the dining space was very useful, separating couples and families. the family room with sea view provided comfortable space and beds.
the staff seemed noticeably under-trained. they didn't appear eager to be there. the deep pool lacked a shallow end. i noticed a lack of floats for children.

The hotel's location provided magnificent views. It was a real treat. The spa area access was included in the room price, and I found it superb. My family enjoyed the games room, the playground, and the pools.
Finding the reception upon arrival was difficult. No staff was immediately visible to assist.

The hotel has a varied menu selection for children. Small cutlery, plates, and bibs are available. I noticed the restaurant staff were understanding. A Cornish quartet performed on the lawn one evening providing entertainment.

I found the staff were friendly and cute . I was able to park early allowing time to explore. I was shown to the room. The employee offered useful information at check-in. The employees accommodated several changes to my dinner reservation.

mixed feelings about the stay
wonderful viewscold foodpoor cleaning
the location offers wonderful views and is a good starting point for exploring the surrounding area.
the room was not properly cleaned on arrival i found black curly hairs in the shower tray. breakfast took an hour and the food arrived cold i ended up going to a cafe in town. the staff seemed overwhelmed and lacked proper management overall it failed to meet expectations for a high class hotel

The outdoor pool was at a nice temperature! I swam even in November. The grounds are beautiful and offer lovely views. The staff was amazing! The rooms are also spacious! The hotel includes multiple relaxation areas.

The pool area was fine, with lovely views and ample space. It included a very hot sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I also really liked the breakfast at the main hotel. The restaurant staff were lovely, and the decor was fine.
The fan did not respond to inputs on the control panel. I had to leave one of the French doors open to allow cool air in. This was a little inconvenient. The room temperature was too high. The room was not comfortable because of this.
