Really good Boutique Hotel Experience

unique interiorsurprise treathelpful staffbright light
I was impressed with the unique interior design. It seemed like I was exploring a quirky castle! The room had surprise Kit-Kat bars and Cadbury hot chocolate. The staff helped me with my luggage. I really appreciated that kind gesture.
The room lacked a window. There was also a small, bright green light on the ceiling. It stayed on all night, which I found annoying.
Dining
9/10
Breakfast included good portions and a good menu choice, which I found excellent. I liked that the self-service table was monitored and restocked regularly. The omelette on the menu was AMAZING!!!
Rooms
9/10
The room was clean and spacious. I found a full-size kettle, mugs, and lovely glasses with biscuits. There were also toiletries in the bathroom. The bed was big and comfy.
Location
10/10
The location was perfect, just a short walk to the centre. The hotel sits in a quiet area. It took me only ten minutes on foot to reach the city centre.
Service
10/10
The manager was accommodating and helpful, a true lifesaver. Every staff member was a delight, according to all the guests. They offered superb customer service. The young man on reception was also very helpful.

the room, a small queen room, lacked proper lighting. half of the bulbs in the chandeliers were burned out and were not replaced before my arrival. also, two spotlights in the bathroom did not work. the absence of biscuits in the room does not match the standard of a five-star hotel.
