helpful staff excellent food clean room easy parking
my husband and i adored the friendly and helpful staff. the food was excellent, really lovely. our double room was clean, important to us. we also appreciated the ease of parking.
the tv in the room offered only basic programs.

spacious room tea tray good coffee disappointing breakfast breakfast order long wait
the room was spacious it was a double room i liked the tea tray and the good quality coffee that were provided the entrance was light and airy it was meticulously maintained
the breakfast was disappointing i had preordered two normal breakfasts and two full works the system showed i had only ordered one children's breakfast i had to wait till nearly 11am before our breakfast was served

poor breakfast service missing items
The breakfast service was a disaster. the staff seemed overwhelmed, and our order was completely forgotten. It took forever to get anyone's attention. there were no cups for hot drinks and juice with nothing to pour it into. The whole experience felt chaotic and poorly managed. the missing items, chaotic experience

clean room daily biscuits quality soap
The room was very clean and included everything I needed. Coffee bags and packs of biscuits were replenished daily. The soap and shower gel in the bathroom dispensers were top quality.
The hotel bar area looked a little tired and could benefit from an update.
