Holly Lodge, a Grade II listed Georgian building dating back to the early 1800s, is 2 km from York and 55 km from Leeds Bradford Airport. The front entrance has a 3 step 10cm high; a temporary ramp is available upon request.

Family/Twin-Room 7 contains one double and two single beds. Most rooms have garden views, and all come with towels and free toiletries. The spacious guest lounge overlooks the garden and features a grand piano. Corridors have a good colour contrast and are well lit. Ground floor corridors are 800cm - 1.5m wide and carpeted. The covering on stairs and upstairs corridors is short pile carpet. The front entrance has a 3 step 10cm high. Menus can be provided in large print by prior arrangement. A virtual tour helps guests select different areas.

Holly Lodge is on the A19 (Fulford Road), 1.5 miles from York's city center and the junction with the A64 on the south side of York's outer ring road. Landmarks nearby include York City Walls (1 km), Jacobs Well (1.5 km), York Castle Museum (1.5 km), York's Chocolate Story (1.5 km), The York Dungeon (1.5 km), Jorvik Viking Centre (1.5 km), and St Denys's Church (1 km). A bus stop is opposite the front gates, with frequent service. The main train station is a 10-minute car ride away.
