Holly Lodge: Overview
Holly Lodge, a Grade II listed Georgian building dating back to the early 1800s, is 2 km from York and 55 km from Leeds Bradford Airport. The B & B, previously awarded Guest House of the Year by the York Tourist Board, offers guaranteed onsite parking within walled grounds and a walled garden. The front entrance has a 3 step 10cm high; a temporary ramp is available upon request.
Tastefully Decorated Rooms
Every room features a private bathroom fitted with a shower. Spacious en suite rooms include a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and free Wi-Fi. Family/Twin-Room 7 contains one double and two single beds. Most rooms have garden views, and all come with towels and free toiletries. Rooms have more than 1 meter access from at least one side of the bed. All bedrooms include a remote control TV, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities, alarm clock, complimentary toiletries, table lamps, and fans. Irons and ironing boards are available upon request.
Lounge and Accessibility
The spacious guest lounge overlooks the garden and features a grand piano. Corridors have a good colour contrast and are well lit. Ground floor corridors are 800cm - 1.5m wide and carpeted. The covering on stairs and upstairs corridors is short pile carpet. The front entrance has a 3 step 10cm high. Menus can be provided in large print by prior arrangement. A virtual tour helps guests select different areas.

Holly Lodge is on the A19 (Fulford Road), 1.5 miles from York's city center and the junction with the A64 on the south side of York's outer ring road.
