clunky systemextra costs

The check-in system felt clunky. the guest portal didn't work well. i repeatedly entered the same information. Getting in was stressful. the staff was offline ten minutes before my arrival even though i said i had issues. there seemed to be extra costs such as $50 per night extra to make up the sofa bed. it was not explained before and seemed ridiculous for a few sheets. the apartment was nice, but too much tech didn't work well. all made things harder than needed.
