amazing stay!

great style helpful staff convenient location

I loved that mcdonald's and starbucks are right next door! the tube station is also super close, like 30 seconds away!!! the staff were really nice and helpful. It made everything so much easier. i really liked the style of the hotel too. It was modern and inviting.

the room lacked drinking water. it would have been more convenient if water was readily available in the room.

The front desk was super helpful and open 24 hours. This made check-in and any questions i had so easy! the staff was really professional and knew their stuff, they were also super personable, which i appreciated.

the breakfast offered plenty of choices, and the quality was great! the dining area felt vibrant and friendly. the bar was always available, ready to meet our needs, so we could relax at any time.

the hotel's location is very convenient, especially for getting around because the station is opposite to the hotel! several grocery stores are close by, so grabbing any necessities was easy. it's perfect for visiting the o2 arena and excel too!
