comfortable room easy parking excellent receptionist lovely grounds

the room was very comfortable. ease of parking was available. i really appreciated the receptionist, who was excellent. the grounds were also lovely.

the bathroom extraction seemed poor. therefore, the bathroom mirrors were not very effective

the room was clean on arrival and that was acceptable.

i am not happy about breakfast. it was not hot on both mornings . i also found the shower temperature to be inconsistent, switching between hot and cold.

The reception staff was helpful upon arrival. the room was large, i found it very clean. breakfast had a good variety. I enjoyed it.

The bed was not comfortable. I could feel the springs. the room was too hot, and there was no air conditioning. the hotel has no restaurant. I had to order takeout.

amazing service wonderful breakfast beautiful location clean room

The staff provided amazing service! Laura helped us when the TV was not working. The breakfast was wonderful, I had many options to choose from. The location was beautiful too. The room was clean and spacious.

There was no air conditioning in the rooms. This is fairly typical in English hotels though.
