the room was clean! more comfortable than expected.

The tv in the room was badly situated. I bumped my head on it when entering. the window would not open either. it was frustrating

lovely stay

great care clean rooms breakfast variety easy process

loraine and the team provided great care, the rooms maintained really good cleanliness and comfort. breakfast presented an excellent variety of options. i found the self check in process easy using the email instructions. loraine responded promptly when our lights needed attention, resolving the issue fast.

the green emergency exit light inside the room was very bright at night, making it hard to sleep.

The staff was helpful. Loraine offered quick assistance when we had a problem with the lights. contact information was readily available in the room's introductory booklet, and solutions were fast. it was a quick response.

Room 12 in the annex was quiet and comfortable. the room provided a restful sleep. i appreciated the cleanliness and quietness. little chocolates in a bowl were available in the annex. These chocolates were appreciated!

The location allows for a short walk to town center. It is approximately four minutes. the hotel is also near shopping locations in town. it is only a 20 minute walk to the westlands centre. the location was perfect though the parking was expensive.

decent size simple decor

the room was a decent size with a bathroom that suited my needs. the aesthetic of the room was very nice, especially the decor, though simple. self check-in was simple through the email that contained the door code and key collection details.

the parking situation was a bit tight though there is parking down the road.

quiet annex room

self check in quiet room annex room clear instructions

i attended an event nearby and chose this hotel for an overnight stay i appreciated the self check in option with clear instructions i found in the email the little chocolates in a bowl in the annex were a nice touch it was a quiet room and i got the best night's sleep.

the tv in the room was not ideally placed and i bumped my head when entering.

convenient check-in lovely decor helpful staff

the self check-in was convenient, especially arriving late. the room decor created such a lovely, romantic atmosphere. i found the welcome binder very helpful, detailing everything i needed to know and the staff catered for all my needs.

the brightest green emergency exit light inside the room really disrupted the darkness at night, it reminded me of a disco. we could not turn it off, and the light impacted my sleep.
