spacious room helpful staff shabby entrance lacking amenities
The room was quite spacious. The staff were very nice and helpful (a smile goes a long way!). They offered me a choice between a room at the front and one at the quieter rear.
The entrance looked a bit shabby. It seemed like the area was used for storage. I found no bar or restaurant present in the hotel.

Decent Stay with Minor Issues
helpful staff parking details tea coffee heating problem small room limited amenities
I found the location very convenient, especially for attending a nearby event. The staff was helpful. They provided details about parking. Cleanliness was a plus. Extras like tea and coffee in the room.
The heating in my room did not work immediately. I had to ask someone to fix it. My room was smaller than expected for a beautiful double. I found only one mug and one towel initially, and I needed to request more.
