Mixed experience at this hotel
faulty air conditioning unsatisfactory resolution
The air conditioning did not work, and the staff knew this beforehand resulting in a very uncomfortable night. There was also a loud noise coming from one of the cupboards. I had no idea what it was. The hotel offered sanitiser as compensation, but this was not a satisfactory resolution. The eggs at breakfast tasted like microwaved powdered eggs which was really horrible.
