the room was large and inviting the breakfast was wonderful. the staff provided super assistance. easy check-in was available.

the bathroom and bedroom temperatures were too high i could not adjust them. i had trouble sleeping because of this. it affected my stay negatively.

The breakfast was included and provided a good variety of choices.

The hot tubs location felt pretty awkward. the bed, it had two separate mattresses, maybe normal in Iceland. These mattresses made the bed very uncomfortable. The value wasn't good, it did not meet my expectations.

at 2:00 a.m. someone opened the door to our room i woke up fortunately otherwise we might have been robbed this incident made me feel unsafe
