Fantastic location and friendly service!
convenient locationcomfortable bedtight parking
the location is super convenient near the piece hall! i enjoyed how friendly jacqui greeted me with a big smile and checked me in early (what a welcome!). the room was clean plus tidy, and the bed was very comfortable.
i noticed that parking space is quite tight (tough to maneuver!). hopefully they can find a better solution for parking or at least offer clearer directions to alternative spots nearby.

the staff was helpful. they went out of their way to sort parking (since it is tight!). i wasn't due to check in until 3 pm, but the room was ready, and the girl took me there right away.

jackie, she is a very nice host. the location is very central, I could walk to the piece hall easily. there was also a lovely shopping centre nearby.
the window in the room didn't shut properly, so i heard traffic noise early. the tv didn't work, it wasn't even plugged in. that shows the staff was already knowing that the tv was not working.

The location is convenient to the Piece Hall. The check-in process was easy (staff helped with my luggage).
