the staff were really lovely and professional. they couldn't be more helpful to guests. the room we stayed in was a king size bedroom, it was excellent.
the pub was quite loud until closing time. this meant there was no chance of an early night. cleaning wasn't particularly thorough, i saw dust on the tv. the bin wasn't emptied from the previous guest.

The staff was amazing, and i was shown around the room. the hotel and bar were lovely! i found my room very clean. the people here are lovely. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room had a comfortable bed! It was a twin room private bathroom. I appreciated that the hotel's location was convenient for public transport. The food was quite nice too. I especially liked the large portions.
There was no breakfast option at the hotel. The pub was loud until closing. I noticed that the cleaning wasn't particularly thorough, and I spotted some dust on the tv.

The staff showed us everything in the king suite and room upon check-in! it was a lovely upgrade. the bar and restaurant had a great atmosphere and friendly staff. It was quite busy when we had drinks before going out! also, the location was good and easy to find. I didn't have any issues navigating to nearby attractions.
I booked a family room, and we only received one milk for coffee and tea between the three of us! we didn't realize it until morning. Nobody was available to replenish it due to the absence of a reception.

The staff showed me all the features of the King suite upon check-in. I enjoyed drinks at the busy bar prior to going out. The atmosphere was lively. I received an upgrade to a King suite and room, lovely.
I noticed cobwebs in the bathroom, which should be addressed. The room was somewhat dated.
