a decent visit
the reception space had a very nice decor. the bar staffs was approachable. the staffs are nice and helpful. i appreciate these things.
the bathroom looked below average. also, the staffs unlocked the door without no knock. this. i wish the hotel improve such a thing.

SUPER service and surprisingly great value!
favorite room adjustable thermostat useful microwave coffee tea
I selected my FAVORITE room thanks to the understanding staff. The room was warm. The thermostat let me adjust the temperature easily. A fridge and microwave existed. This was SUPER convenient. Coffee and tea were available too.

My king room included sufficient plug sockets. i found complimentary water was provided. This room was nice and clean. I felt very comfortable.

Breakfast offered plenty of choices. I noted a sales manager who engaged with guests. I had a nice chat with them one morning. They were happy and attentive.

clean room great selection stained duvet broken tv
the room was clean and spacious. the breakfast was lovely and had a great selection.
The duvet had stains on it. the tv in the bedroom didn't work properly. There were only 4 channels available through bbc i player.
