I had SOME issues . The cushions on the terrace HAD bird droppings. The room felt dated. the dim lights in the bathrooms DID not help.

sports massage room setup biology lesson carpet stain limited counter poor design

Julie provided a sports massage and addressed my knots. She explained the procedure and offered a biology lesson. The room setup promoted immediate relaxation, i felt MUCH BETTER. I intend to return soon.

The room carpet had visible stains and fading in places. The bathroom had limited counter space and water leaked under the shower door. The bedside tables were inconveniently far from the bed, its DESIGN was POOR.

clean room spa package relaxing massage convenient staff

the room was clean. staff were convenient. i enjoyed the spa package, pool jacuzzi sauna and hamam access for 1.5 hours before my massage. The massage by dounia was relaxing.

the location IS optimal for cruise boarding. i noted a baggage drop-off point for cruise passengers around 10m from the hotel main entrance. This makes it very convenient.

excellent hotel experience

immaculate bathroom great staff

the room had all amenities expected of a 4 star hotel the bathroom was immaculate. the buffet breakfast offered a superb food selection a very beautiful view and most importantly great staff.
