helpful staff fresh juice clean room convenient location

I found the hotel staff very helpful during check-in. The hotel provided unlimited fresh juice and coffee in the lobby lounge, a NICE touch. The room was clean and aesthetic. The location near terminal 1, tram, and buses was quite convenient for me.

I found the lack of available street parking for luggage drop-off a slight inconvenience though.

I appreciated the 24/7 snack area. It had some nice options. the gym also had everything i needed for a quick workout. each floor had a machine to provide filtered water. This was a nice touch!

the hotel is close to the airport though the tram doesn't start operating until 5:10 am.

The location proved convenient to the airport.

The room I received felt quite small. The integrated shower and sink area lacked privacy, as it opened directly into the bedroom space. This resembled a student dorm more than a typical hotel. The lack of a proper lobby also.

inconvenient check-in mobility issue

The location was great. It was easy to reach the airport.

I found the check-in process quite inconvenient. The reception is on the eighth floor, and getting to the elevators involved navigating a staircase. This could present a PROBLEM with mobility issues or heavy luggage, which REALLY frustrated me.

clean hotel water machines helpful staff

the hotel is very modern and clean. drinking water machines are available on each floor for all guests. the staff was nice and helpful .

The room was too warm. I could not regulate the air conditioning.
