The room was spacious and very clean. The location was also acceptable.
The hot water ran out quickly during showers. One person had to wait almost an hour for it to reheat. The noise insulation was poor, and hallway sounds woke me up both nights. The lighting in the room was dim.

The staff I encountered were dedicated and attentive. The room I was given was superb. Natural light filled the space, and the layout was well designed.
The hotel is situated on a noisy junction. This bothered me a bit. I found there to be a lack of useful lighting in the room. The sofa provided was also a bit small and not very comfortable.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Grace on reception was fantastic. she took her time to help and was very upbeat. it was just what i needed after a long drive. the location is excellent and the place is very clean.
The room was hot and not easy to air out. That was a problem. it was also noisy at night. the sound proofing was not good and sleep quality was not good.
