the bar offered an excellent meal.

the noise from a delivery truck outside my window at 6:30 am (on a saturday!) was not ideal. it continued for almost 30 minutes. needless to say, i didn't sleep well.

the room was a standard king room. the bathroom was huge. the bed was comfortable.

i feel the staff weren't overly cute. i also felt the service for lunch was slow (it took 45 minutes for club sandwiches).

The room included a large TV and sky channels. The bed was big and comfortable. The staff was friendly.

The rooms were too warm , and the heating could not be regulated well. The bar had no alcohol free beer options. The restaurant food was a disgrace , and we had to complain.

unwelcoming staff empty fruit bowl

the rooms size worked good for us since there was two adults and two kids, so the room seemed spacious enough. it also have both, a bath plus a separate shower. baths are good when you have kids.

during my stay, i find the staffs were not very cute. there was a lack of warmth when they greeted. plus, the fruit bowl during breakfast were empty, when i asked about it, i were told to search in another dining room but there wasn't any. also, hot food wasn't really hot, just kept warm.
