Hamid, the receptionist, greeted me warmly. He was really professional and so helpful. The hotel breakfast was quick and efficient. I found a real warm welcome there.
My room was quite warm. I could not seem to get cold air to blow. The spa robes felt old. It seemed like they were falling apart, such a shame. The duvet cover had rips. These flaws should be fixed.

the location was excellent. it was a short walk to the dart station. breakfast offered a good selection of items. the room included a comfortable bed.
the bar staff were not helpful. they seemed quite unfriendly. the hotel ran out of pinot grigio. parking seemed expensive at €25 for one night after the room cost nearly €500

The gym was a real highlight. It had a wide range of equipment (including several cardio machines). I found the pool area particularly clean and spacious. Breakfast offered many choices, including fresh pastries and a hot food station. The hotel also provided complimentary water and tea in the room.
The hallway could be a little noisy at times, with doors closing, but it did not affect my sleep too much.

The breakfast service featured a variety of options. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit selection. Coffee and tea were readily available. The dining area was clean and well kept, and staff ensured quick service.

The gym included treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights for a complete workout. The pool area had plenty of lounge chairs. I saw that a sauna was available for guest use after a workout or swim.

My room was equipped with a mini-fridge, a kettle, and a hairdryer, very useful. I had a comfortable bed with several pillows. (a really GREAT addition!). The room also had a well-lit desk area.

I found the staff consistently helpful. Early check-in was accommodated without issue. The cocktail bar had attentive staff and a great atmosphere. I appreciated the thoughtful touches that enhanced the stay.
The parking fee seemed a bit high considering the overall cost of the stay. I paid for parking after a pricey night.
