I found some aspects of my stay disappointing. The room's heating system did not work properly! and it was quite cold. the dispensers for gel and shampoo were not functioning, inconvenient during showers.

the staff were so friendly, from the front desk to housekeeping. the location is amazing, supermarkets are super close. temple bar, trinity college, and museums are all within walking distance, how cool is that?!
the noise from other room doors was a bit much. the doors are heavy and slammed shut. it vibrated up the hallway, it was pretty disruptive at times.

the room was spacious and very clean. the hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. i found the location very convenient with easy access to the city's main attractions.
the room's heating system seemed ineffective, and i found it quite cold during the night. this discomfort impacted my overall rest. the noise from other guests was also disruptive.
