the hotel boasts a brand new design, both outside in the lobby and swimming pool area, and inside the rooms. the location is convenient, between the town centre and es pouet beach. breakfast quality was excellent with healthy choices. the cielito restaurant has an infinity pool offering coastline views.

our air con did not work for the first two nights and it was 30 degrees outside, so it was uncomfortable. the first day we had no hot water and reception told me it had been like this for days. the phone in our room did not work. asking for any kind of service to the room was difficult and took a long time.

I really liked the poolside access room. It made cooling off very easy. the rooftop bar had sensational views, and the tomahawk steak was cooked perfectly! the breakfast had many selections that all oozed quality in their appearance and their taste.

the housekeeping wouldn't clean the room till the evening, i found that inconvenient. there was no mirror in front of the sink, i hope they will fix it soon.

the pool area provided a very chilled vibe with music. i found the pool easy to access and refreshing in the sunshine. it was easy to have a relaxing day on my mini honeymoon!
