The pool area had a nice ambiance. The loungers were especially comfortable. Staff members provided helpful service. Breakfast proved to be excellent.

The air conditioning did not function for two nights. This happened because it was the weekend. The issue could not be addressed until the following week. The lack of a working air conditioner made sleep difficult.

the staff seemed polite and helpful with the requests i had.

The air conditioning did NOT function properly. a double bed was requested, BUT a twin room was provided. I pushed the beds together myself. the bathroom's design lacked functionality. THERE was nowhere to store toiletries.
