supermarket great choice clean family room unhelpful staff rude reception poor professionalism

the supermarket at the hotel had a great choice and awesome prices. the location is really good, it was only about 10 minutes to the beach. the family room was nice and clean. it was brill!

the reception staff wasn't friendly at all. i was taken aback by how rude some staff were. i saw some other reviews and others had this experience too. i wouldn't recommend this hotel due to this fact. what a shame!

room issues and noise problems

noise level broken ac

The location was acceptable, near the boulevard.

The noise level was HIGH. I could hear neighbors walking upstairs at 3am. It was like they were in my room. Loud conversations in the hallway frequently woke my little one since our room was close to the restaurant. the AC was broken upon arrival and it took time to get it fixed.

I found our family room spacious. It was clean with a good layout. I liked the supermarket. It had great choice and prices. The hotel location suited us well. It was a ten minute walk to the beach.
