the resort had a lovely sandy beach great for kids. The apartment we stayed in was well-equipped. I found the kids facilities to be really good, plenty to keep them entertained.
the telephone in my apartment wasn't working, annoying. i had to walk to reception every time i needed something even though the phone was IN the apartment. I also paid for a cleaning service, but no one came to clean even once during my 7-day stay.

i really liked the rooftop pool area. the pool had heated water and i enjoyed it so much! the veranda outside was also very nice and spacious. the stores and restaurants prices seemed very acceptable.
our room did not get any cleaning service for the whole week! the bedding and towels also did not get changed. i think cleaning should be included more often.

prices at the restaurants are fairly similar and reasonable for what they provide. there is also a self service restaurant available, in case you are interested in that. i definitely enjoyed the food options!

i saw the new pool complex and it looked great for older kids! there is also a shop on site and a big resort for everyone to walk around. the pools have lifeguards which i found really good!

Excellent stay for families

I enjoyed the multiple pools, so it never felt crowded. There were enough options for swimming. The beach was sandy and shallow, GREAT for children to play safely. I found the staff to be very kind and helpful, especially at the restaurants. The resort had herbs and flowers planted near the apartments.
I wish there were MORE shaded areas near the pool. It got HOT during the day.

The studio was functional and very clean. It featured all the necessary equipment. The space felt quiet and surrounded by greenery, relaxing. Everything in the room was tidy upon arrival and looked well kept.

The resort includes numerous playgrounds. They are located throughout the hotel. Plenty of pools and activities for children of various ages were AVAILABLE, ensuring that kids are entertained. The private beach access made going to the sea EASY.

The staff were friendly and polite, assisting with check-in and other requests. The cleaning staff kept the rooms tidy daily. They provided fresh towels.
