comfortable rooms cute team overpriced taxi unthoughtful advice

The hotel provided excellent facilities and comfortable rooms. the team was cute and kind. i really enjoyed the spice studio restaurant. It was a highlight.

the tours were just overpriced taxi rides. the staff had little knowledge of local attractions. they often gave poor advice. at check-out, the staff didn't take the criticism seriously.

the loft rooms feature luxurious beds, i liked that they overlook paddy fields. the swimming pool is very large and well maintained.

there is no direct beach access from the hotel! the game options are limited.

wonderful stay!

really good service excellent amenities luxurious bed

i enjoyed the really good service throughout the stay. the amenities were excellent. the room had a luxurious bed. bishal and sumit knew their work well at the courtyard bar. saurabh and shubham provided perfect service at the poolside restaurant. velecia, christopher, and aarti were the warmest hosts. breakfasts had a wide spread. the swimming pool was large and very well maintained. i look forward to coming back again.

i noticed the lack of direct beach access from the hotel. it limited our enjoyment. we had to plan beach visits.

clean hotel good maintenance fake bill billing issue

the hotel is well maintained. the staff is hospitable. it is also a clean hotel.

a fake bill was added to my final bill during check out. it was regarding a restaurant visit i never had. this manager needs some training.
