i did find staff friendly. ramlal and baikunth was helpful and they did provide us with the services we asked. the hotel seemed to be of a good size. i appreciated the space to relax.
i think, maybe, our room wasn't totally clean. the breakfast, perhaps, wasn't very good. it felt quite crowded, you know, and nothing really felt clean. i also heard noise from outside.

The room had a leg massager, useful after long walks. The Hollywood theme added fun. I appreciated the beach proximity. Access to the beach made it easy to enjoy the sand and surf whenever I wanted. The clean beach allowed for morning walks.
The food could have been better. I think some improvement is needed in variety. It lacked some flavor.

The buffet featured a wide variety of options with Indian and continental dishes. The breakfast dosa station served fresh, hot dosas quickly. I noticed the service in the dining areas was attentive and friendly.

The pool was large and looked very clean. Kid-friendly activities near the pool kept everyone entertained. I saw that the resort maintained its garden and pool areas well.
