the staff were helpful and flexible.
The bathrooms seemed tired. It was above acceptable standards, but just barely. taxis struggled to find the place. I had to tell them it was opposite jbr 1 tram station. the car park was difficult to enter.

The staff was warm. They were always ready to assist with a smile. the two-bedroom apartment was huge and beautifully designed. the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. It was AMAZING!!! the location was awesome near the beach and felt very high-class.

the staff were professional and attentive, always ready to assist guests. housekeeping maintained the apartment in pristine condition throughout my stay. the fruit basket, a complimentary gift, was a lovely touch.

the size was perfect for our group (lots of space!), and it was well kept. special shoutout to kasif and the team at reception, they were always ready to help with a smile. i really appreciated their quick responses and helpful attitude.
i found the pool area a bit small and crowded sometimes. it's not a major issue, but more sun loungers would definitely improve the experience.

the apartment is in a super spot near shops and restaurants. it is so easy to access public transport as the tram station is very close. this makes getting around very convenient.

our beautiful three-bedroom apartment included comfortable beds (great for a good night's sleep). there was also a fully equipped kitchen, this was really useful for preparing snacks and meals. we also had a washing machine in the apartment.

the hotel includes a nice swimming pool that is open to guests. there is also a fitness center with treadmills and weights for workouts. i saw a dedicated parking area too (it looked convenient for those with cars).

the apartment featured two bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. i found a supermarket right next to the hotel, very convenient. the tram stop was close by, providing easy access to transportation.
the pool had a depth of only 1 meters.
