mousa was helpful at check-in and check-out, which i appreciated greatly. the children play area also had a very friendly lady. the attached mall was convenient with cafeterias, a market, a pharmacy, and atms.

the water in the bathroom did not dry on the floors, they remained wet. i think the cleaning team didn't knock to clean the room when we were out.

the hotel features a nice pool overlooking the lake. the gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. a spacious ballroom is available for events.

the reception team ensured i was good and did not need anything through follow-up calls. i got upgraded to a bigger room and appreciate it. the staff remembered me even though my stay was short.
