CaveFit fitness center houses two studio spaces, a fully equipped gym (CaveGYM), and a CaveHIIT fitness studio, which hosts strength and metabolic sessions. Both spaces feature performance line equipment from Eleiko, Rouge, and Watson. A shorter version of the originator workout focuses on strength training and high-intensity body work to burn body fat and stimulate your metabolism within 30 minutes.
