Select rooms at 34A Abercromby Place, located 40 meters from the main building, feature king-size beds. Four Poster Rooms include king-size beds with four-poster frames. Family rooms have a standard double bed, a single bed, and the option for an extra bed. Classic Rooms, located on the second floor, feature zip-and-link king-size beds. Some rooms have views of Queen Street Gardens or Edinburgh's New Town.
Scottish Dining Experience
The Royal Scots Club offers dining in the elegant Dining Room, which overlooks Queen Street Gardens. The Club utilizes local produce and traditional Scottish flavors. The Abercromby Dining Room is open for lunch and dinner Tuesday through Saturday, with lunch tables available from 12 PM to 2 PM and dinner from 6 PM to 8 PM. The Club hosts private pre-tattoo meals for groups of 8 to 30 guests, costing £31 per person for 2 courses and £35 per person for 3 courses, including room hire. Bar food is available in the lounge and library Tuesday through Saturday from 12 PM to 2 PM. A voucher for £50 is provided for members to use in the Dining Room upon joining.
Events and Leisure
The Royal Scots Club hosts balls for 50 to 160 guests, offering meals and entertainment. The venue provides access to private gardens on Queen Street for outdoor photographs. The Club's calendar includes wine tastings, evening lectures, murder mysteries, literary lunches, Captain's Table lunches, memorial dinners, Christmas Céilidhs, Christmas Markets, Burns Suppers, themed dinners, and Mother's Day lunches. High-speed Wi-Fi, sustained at 100mbps, is available. The Club provides working rooms, meeting rooms, and conference rooms with A/V tech. The Club can host private parties from 16 to 160 guests during January and February.

Located in Edinburgh's New Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, The Royal Scots Club is near transport links, restaurants, and visitor attractions. Metered parking is available on Northumberland Street and Drummond Place Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, costing £3.70 per hour. The location is central, with access to private gardens on Queen Street.
