The hotel is conveniently accessible and close to various attractions. The room size was adequately spacious, providing enough room to relax (which I appreciated). The staff were kind and helpful. The room was immaculate with great attention to cleanliness.
The hot beverage machine available around the clock sometimes had a queue, especially during breakfast hours. One had to wait to prepare a drink. A second machine would alleviate the waiting.

lack of air conditioningoddly placed switches
i booked a room , expecting a relaxing experience , but the lack of air conditioning made it quite uncomfortable , especially during a warmer day. also , the light switches were oddly placed and hard to find behind furniture , which was more annoying than expected. the room temperature never seemed to cool down , a serious problem. the amount i paid felt excessive , considering these issues , especially for a facility claiming to offer a premium service.

the staff provided helpful recommendations and information. they created a warm and comfortable atmosphere. i thoroughly enjoyed my short stay. i definitely plan to return in the future!
