The staff was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast is served on a terrace with nature ambience, inside the bustling city. The food was fresh, especially the fruit. I also enjoyed access to the Skywalk, this is a very good experience.

The pool was not in operation. A pool is essential to relax from the city.

The location suited my needs. It is close to the train station. This made getting around convenient.

The breakfast choices were very limited. There was no buffet available. Guests had to order from a single-page menu with few options. I expect more variety. The staff seemed too occupied to offer additional drinks.

the location of the hotel is really convenient. it is right next to a train station so getting around was quite easy. the hotel design is unique and quirky, yet elegant. i really liked the bars and restaurants available on site.

the pillows and bed were not very comfortable. the pillows were too soft, so my neck didn't get enough support. breakfast was disappointing. the food quality was not what i expected for a hotel of this price.

Acceptable Stay with Some Disappointments

The hotel has a good location near transport links. (This made getting around the city easy.)

The showerhead in my room was stained. I found this quite off-putting. Although the staff replaced it after i reported it, it left a negative impression on my stay. I expect better at this price point.

The location was acceptable because there were restaurants nearby.

The hotel felt worn. The showerhead was stained. Staff did replace it quickly, it still left a bad impression. The bedsheet even had holes. I have never seen this happen before for all my stays in a hotel.
