the hospitality stood out to me. Bree and Mind at the front office were always very helpful. breakfast Is excellent, it was served with a smile. Being from spain, i felt very much at home in this very international settings. I liked very much how it felt to be there.

i had an issue. the hotel staff insisted on charging my card with the same amount for the room, even when payment was completed beforehand. this complicated things, and a charge for the minibar was requested in cash only. it was inconvenient.

The location is great. It is near the Terminal 21 shopping mall. I found easy access to the BTS and MRT. The staff are polite, and I received great service. Antonio and Brian were very helpful, and they spoke great English, so communication was easy.

The room faced a wall. This was not ideal. A closet door with lighting would not close, allowing light into the room when I was trying to sleep. Bathroom plumbing from the sink dripped dirty water onto the floor. Mgmt response to requests was slow!

I found the rooftop pool to be a great feature. It stays open until 11 p.m. the location is quite convenient, close to both the bts asok and mrt sukhumvit stations. this made getting around easy!!! the breakfast buffet had a wide selection, and i found it quite satisfying.

i noticed the furniture in the rooms seemed a bit outdated.
