charmed stay

the location was superb. i could easily walk to many restaurants. the breakfast was great with varied options. the staff was very friendly and helpful, a nice touch i appreciated.
the gym was a little small. it felt crowded at times. the equipment, while adequate, could benefit from an upgrade to better accommodate peak hours.

mixed feelings about the stay

the room was large and the bathroom with the shower was great.
the ladies at the front desk were cold and unhelpful. i asked if there was somewhere to warm food i had delivered, but i was told no since i did not buy the food from the hotel. also, i was charged because some temporary hair color got on the pillow, and they claimed that laundry could not get it out.

The iced americano at tuxedo cafe was awesome. I even got some pastries. the hotel's proximity to emsphere made shopping so easy for me. the family room i booked really worked for our trip with the kids.
