Excellent Hotel Experience

I found the staff very helpful and courteous. The free transport to Nana station was convenient. The room rate was reasonable , and I really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel requested a deposit of 2000 THB , something I have not experienced at other hotels.

The rooms are spacious and well-kept , and housekeeping does a fantastic job of keeping everything super clean. The bedding was comfortable and clean , and the room provided ample space for relaxation. The bathroom featured a separate shower and a bathtub.

The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of choices , catering to various tastes with many options. The restaurant staff is very attentive and service-minded , always willing to help. There is also an Indian restaurant on the ground floor.

the breakfast offered some tasty options.

the room I stayed in felt REALLY outdated. the television didn't work at all and that was disappointing. the receptionist didn't seem to care about my concerns when i mentioned it.

the free tuk tuk service to the nearby bts station was very convenient. the breakfast had many options for vegetarians. the staff was very helpful and friendly.
