the room was spacious and impeccably clean. it offered a comfortable environment throughout my visit. the breakfast had a wide variety of options. it catered to different tastes and everything was fresh and delicious.
the place is old and it really shows. i usually don't mind that but a few things didn't quite work out. there were hairs stuck in the shower drain and they stayed there throughout my whole stay. one towel hanger behind the washroom door just decided to fall down. it happened because the doors are very old.

The breakfast had so many options!!! i loved the variety and freshness. chai, the concierge, was super helpful and made sure i got medical attention quickly. He followed up to see how i was doing.
The hotel location is a little out of the way. It requires some travel to get to main attractions.

The staff at the concierge desk offered warm greetings and provided helpful restaurant suggestions. The breakfast buffet presented many options for various diets and international tastes. The gym had plenty of equipment and was spacious.

The staff were very helpful. The location was good with easy access to transportation options. Breakfast featured many choices. Drinkable water bottles were refilled daily.
The guest rooms did not match the curb appeal. The rooms were outdated. I requested an upgraded room but it did not make a difference. The room was worse than my original one.
