The location near the mrt station was convenient. I moved around easily. the staff members were very helpful. mustafa centre and city square mall are just across the road, so i shopped a lot. i found trolleys for luggage very useful.

The room design felt a bit narrow. There was not much space to move around near the bed.

The hotel features a gym and a laundry on the lobby floor. the common areas are spacious and well equipped. I used them. the hotel offers 24-hour check-in, a great convenience when arriving late.

The hotel is very close to the mrt station. i found bus stops close by, a bonus for local transport. two shopping centres and diverse street food cafes are nearby. I tried many different cuisines.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I felt welcome. the hotel has sustainability initiatives. they quickly helped me with my requests. It was appreciated. i received excellent service .

The room was spacious and bright. i found the storage under the bed helpful. cleaning is done every 3 days. That schedule worked for me. the bathroom and toilet are separate rooms. That added convenience.

There is a cafe downstairs, and it has kid-friendly options. its relaxed atmosphere was a major bonus! a variety of other dining choices are within walking distance. I tried several local restaurants. the hotel provided good food access.

the staffs greeted me with such calm. i went to a room and smelled something that wasn't the nicest, but they gave me another room. it was so much better after that. the gym had enough machines and weights, so i could exercise.

the room was a bit smaller than i thought.

the staffs were nice and helped with anything i needed. they always had smiles and seemed happy to assist. they arranged a taxi quickly when i asked for one at the lobby.

this hotel is right next door to an mrt station and mall. it makes it easy to get anywhere. there are shopping and food places nearby, i liked being in walking distance to everything.

there is a pizza bar in the building, but i didn't try it. i went to the mall across the street. there are restaurants and a grocery store there and i saw vending machines with snacks in the hotel lobby.

The mrt was steps away. That was a plus. a shopping mall offered a convenient food court. i also appreciated the rooftop terrace, it gave nice views.

the internet connection was not the best at times.
