Acceptable stay close to chinatown

great location convenient access spacious room bad service unhelpful staff limited utensils

The hotel is near chinatown and many bus routes. The location provides convenient access. The room was spacious and comfortable. The metro is also very near the hotel.

The room service was not great i asked for utensils. I was told to go to the counter to collect them. The female service staff shouted that only one set was available. I had to go to the restaurant to ask for utensils.

the location is fantastic! i loved that the train station was very close. dining and breakfast options were plentiful within a short walk. getting around was easy.

The hotel is close to Outram Park MRT station. This made city exploration very easy. My room was modern and clean. It contained all the amenities I needed. The WiFi connection was also stable.

mrt station filtered water helpful staff

The mrt station was close. I could walk there in just a few minutes! the hotel provided filtered water right in my room. That was very convenient! the staff was helpful when i needed something, and they were fast with my bags.

The location was AMAZING right above the MRT station. This made travelling around the city very easy. The staff members were helpful and friendly . The room was spacious and also clean.
