The air conditioning struggled to maintain a cool temperature in the room. It barely cooled the space. i was also disappointed by the absence of a proper luggage rack. limited space existed to place suitcases. a small shelf offered minimal utility. i expect better organization.

i found the staff very friendly and efficient. the rooms were modern and clean. the location is close to bugis, little india, and metro stations. i will stay again. the breakfast had lots of elaborate options, offering good quality coffee. it was a real plus!!!
the rooms are too noisy. i could hear other occupants from other rooms. this made it difficult to relax completely. hopefully, future improvements will address soundproofing.

the location is convenient with eateries and a 7/11 right next door public transport is easily accessible the onsite laundry was useful we had a little one and the water dispenser on each level saved us from buying bottled water free luggage storage after check out allowed us to explore before heading to the airport
the air conditioning felt a bit ineffective in maintaining a consistently cool temperature throughout the room
