Sweet moments at the Heart of the City
thoughtful concierge clean atmosphere delicious breakfast
Sakthi, the concierge, helped us arrange transport to Mersing! He was thoughtful. The hotel offered a clean, inviting atmosphere. Lois, Sakti, and Jun Qiang greeted us with warmth. Breakfast included a delicious array of options.
The hotel bar closed early. I wish it stayed open later! My double vodka and coke cost £22.00.

comfortable bed spacious room themed chocolates
I appreciated the welcome gift in the Crystal Club roomwith Formula 1 themed chocolates. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the rainfall shower option.
The in room lighting control system is complicated. Only one control pad exists. Navigating the options requires deep concentration.

The hotel is close to shopping areas and a variety of dining options. Public transport links, including bus stops, are within walking distance. Funan Mall is located on the same street. THE location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

decent location and service
helpful concierges great service friendly staff long check-in worn room mildew smell
the concierges sakhi and gugan gave a great service. they were very helpful when i had difficulties getting a taxi because road closures. they went to lengths to find a ride share for me. all staff was friendly and the premier room i stayed in was really nice.
check-in took about 45 minutes, and there was only one person ahead of me. the room looked like it had been through heavy use. worse than that, i smelled mildew upon entry to the room. the air conditioning don't seem to have a dehumidifier.
