fabulous Experience At this terrific Hotel!
comfortable bed lovely linen city transport friendly staff
I found the bed comfortable, it featured lovely linen. The shower provided amazing water pressure. The hotel benefits from immediate access to city transport. Check-in staff were very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. i felt very welcome. The convenient location really enhanced my experience.
I noticed that the gym is somewhat small, and it could benefit from a little more equipment. this did not impact my overall stay.

The hotel's location is excellent. It is very close to multiple MRT stations which makes getting around easy. It also has a 7-Eleven store nearby for immediate needs. Bus stops are just outside the hotel for convenient travel to various destinations.

The hotel pool is clean and open with great hours, closing at 10pm. This allows for swims before or after a day of tourist activities. The gym offers basic equipment and is reasonably maintained. Late check-out is a very generous addition, especially for evening flights.

The buffet breakfast features a good variety of options. I found the Club Lounge access very convenient, giving extra drinks and food. There is limited food availability at certain hours, the 7-eleven nearby offers convenient alternatives.

a bit underwhelming, honestly.
dated furniture ant problem
The location was acceptable. It was close to a metro stop.
The room was pretty dated. the furniture looked worn and could definitely use an upgrade. the desk even had ants crawling on it. it was also dark, maybe because i was on a low floor. Sunlight barely reached in.

great location convenient transportation clean room helpful staff
The hotel enjoys a fantastic location with two nearby metro stations. A hop-on, hop-off bus stops directly in front. The room was quiet and very clean. I found Shalini at check-in friendly and helpful, i felt welcomed.
I thought the hotel's carpets look a little old. Also they seemed stained.

The staff demonstrated excellent care, they provided attentive service . They handled every request with diligence. I particularly appreciated their prompt response to inquiries.

Breakfast includes varied options, guests find choices from continental to local cuisine. The restaurant provides a comfortable setting, it allows for relaxed dining. I did notice a dedicated coffee station, this ensures quick service.

The room included comfortable beds, i slept really well. The bathroom has a separate shower, i found it easy to use. Air conditioning kept the space cool and comfortable, important in this climate.
