a bit underwhelming, honestly.

The location was acceptable. It was close to a metro stop.
The room was pretty dated. the furniture looked worn and could definitely use an upgrade. the desk even had ants crawling on it. it was also dark, maybe because i was on a low floor. Sunlight barely reached in.

The hotel enjoys a fantastic location with two nearby metro stations. A hop-on, hop-off bus stops directly in front. The room was quiet and very clean. I found Shalini at check-in friendly and helpful, i felt welcomed.
I thought the hotel's carpets look a little old. Also they seemed stained.

The staff demonstrated excellent care, they provided attentive service . They handled every request with diligence. I particularly appreciated their prompt response to inquiries.

The room included comfortable beds, i slept really well. The bathroom has a separate shower, i found it easy to use. Air conditioning kept the space cool and comfortable, important in this climate.
