I REALLY liked the automatic check-in process on the second floor. stanley provided really good service and helped me through it. he was patient and kind. The room was clean. the rainforest showerhead in the bathroom pleased me.

The gym is combined with the laundry room. The detergent smell makes it hard to work out.

The front desk staff offered really good service. I noticed they accommodated requests with careful attention to detail. one team member were pretty good too ensure a seamless experience and was very helpful. staff provided great services.

The mars bar is located on the first floor. I had several meals there. staff were helpful, and i enjoyed the daily live music SO MUCH. i booked dinner for myself and some friends. convenience IS nice.

The bed was nice and firm, i loved the pillows. the bathroom was an adequate size. Hot water was available. the room had a water heater and a small minibar. the air conditioning unit works very well.

the location is very central. everything is within walking distance, i noticed. bencoolen mrt station is a short walk from the hotel, and eating places are right opposite the hotel. it is easy to access many points by walking.

The location is convenient. bencoolen mrt station is a short walk away. bugis shopping area is nearby. the staff are very friendly and helpful. They borrowed me an umbrella when it rained. the common areas like the bond facility are nice.

the room was quite small. it was hard to unpack my suitcases. the air conditioning was directed straight onto the bed. i found the smart tv rather useless as i could not access local channels.

The location was good. It was close to the mrt, so it was easy to get around.

There was no tv channel at all. i used to enjoy foreign tv channels, but this trip, my room was so quiet s. The tv is useless. the floor is noisy, anyone closing the door or dropping something on the floor, i can hear that. it made me a sleepless night.
